Summary and Corporate Profile:

Our client, a premier online platform for buying, selling and renting exclusive prime properties and real estate in Ghana is looking for an operations manager to help the company grow substantially within the next three quarters.


The ideal candidate will ensure the rental and sales associates managers are doing their absolute best to cover each client and assist the additional sales associate to deliver the best overall service to each client. The preparation of proposals and meeting the clients will be the major part of the role.

Role Description and Responsibilities

  • Works collectively with the sales associates to:

  • Search for the right properties

  • Direct clients to the right properties

  • Show the right properties on viewings / properly navigate the properties

  • Manage the transactions properly throughout

  • Make sure that the client was happy with the services.

  •  Ensure the Marketing Manager is proactively and correctly putting out the business and presenting it to potential clients properly.

  • Oversee the Management and hospitality section of the business.

  • Determine when new prospects are able to come on.

  • Answering emails on behalf of the CEO.

  • Presenting the company and beginning the process that will handle the sales and rental associates. For example, implementing partnership agreements and overseeing partnerships with other companies.

  • Preparing and presenting proposals in order to solicit new business partnerships for the company is a lead part of operations.

  • Assist in the overall management of employees in the sister companies (a spa and salon).

  • Assist in branding the salon and recommending and researching new techniques and procedures.

  • Help recruit and make sure management staff is in control.

Experience and Education

  • Real estate background is not required or preferred however sales background is.

  • 2-3 years experience in a management role.

  • First degree
