Summary and Corporate Profile:

 

A reputable company in Real Estate is seeking an experienced Marketing/Business Development Associate to identify sales opportunities and assist in market growth and market penetration for the company.

The company is on a mission to present the best in properties while supplying the highest quality of service to leading industry professionals, corporate and private developers, as well as private property owners.

Role Description and Responsibilities

 

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Take meetings on behalf of the Managing Director, in case of his/her absence

  • Promote the company's mission and values

  • Develop marketing techniques and procedures to build a client database 

  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services 

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients. 

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. 

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. 

  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or client accounts

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new avenues to increase sales.

 

Person Specification

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

  • At least 3-5years’ working experience is preferred.

  • Prior experience in real estate is an added advantage.

Skills:

 

  • Great typing skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Exceptional organization skills 

  • Applicant should be comfortable working in and out of the office, and comfortable with face to face contact with clients

  • Ability to work independently

  • People-oriented and results-driven 

  • Ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills 

  • Charismatic and well-presented always due to the high level of interaction with local, national, and international visitors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required

  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • Strategic thinker and problem solver.
