MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Our client, a real estate company is in search of a full-time Marketing and Sales associate to actively engage and manage clients and prospects. The individual should be very comfortable with face-to-face contact with clients and possess advanced communication skills. The individual should be able to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to increase close transaction rates.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customersdaily

  • Accompany clients to visits/inspections ofproperties

  • Supervise and Respond to client email inquiries in a timely manner and provide knowledgeable companyfeedback

  • Participate in intermediate negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honestdealing

  • Compare a property with similar properties that haverecently sold to determine its competitive marketprice.

  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements,open houses, and participation in multiple listingservices.

  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospectivebuyers.

  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure futuresales.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeatcustomers

  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or clientaccounts

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomeswithin schedules

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new avenues to increasesales.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotionaltrends

  • Continuously improve throughfeedback

  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a clients specificneeds

 

Qualifications required

 

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiationskills

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizationalskills

  • Relationship management skills and openness tofeedback

  • A commitment to excellent customerservice

  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport withcustomers

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast pacedenvironment.

  • Marketing or sales backgroundpreferred

  • Proficient User of Microsoft office
