Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance shutdowns in the gold processing plant and pastefill plant.

 Develop detailed shutdown plans, including resource allocation, task prioritization, timelines, and risk management strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of shutdown activities, minimizing downtime and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks.

Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:

Oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) programs, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and industry standards.

Manage the work order lifecycle from creation to completion, ensuring accurate and timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Utilize CMMS (Pronto Xi) to optimize maintenance planning and scheduling processes, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize PM schedules, and improve equipment reliability.

Project Planning and Coordination: 

Lead the planning and coordination of engineering projects, including new installations, upgrades, and modifications within the processing plant and pastefill plant.

Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates, utilizing project management tools such as Oracle Primavera Cloud.

 Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

Maintenance Systems and Work Management: 

Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance planning systems, including PM programs and work management setups.

Ensure that all maintenance activities are accurately documented in the CMMS (Pronto Xi), and that the system is fully utilized for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
