CORPORATE PROFILE
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who also doubles as a content creator to manage our company and our clients brand image across the digital space (e.g., social media, messaging platforms). The ideal candidate will be responsible for community engagement and gaining traction through targeted posts, advertising, communications, and marketing campaigns.
ROLE DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop attention-grabbing and eye-catching social media video and photo content across various platforms.

Implement effective and engaging Ads campaigns to reach the intended demographic suitable for the various social media platforms, Linkedin, X, Facebook, Instagram

Create a content calendar and publish posts according to the established calendar.

Collaborate with the team to ensure that every piece of content is aligned with our brand voice and supports the company to maximize engagement, reach, and sales.

Manage company and client accounts

Take ownership and develop ideas that drive engagement across social media and other digital platforms.

Set monthly KPIs and report on metrics (e.g.- reach, engagement, and growth).

Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.

Improving the user experience of the website regularly.

Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
-
BA in Communication Design/ Marketing (specifically social media and
content creation). -
Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a similar role.

HR knowledge is an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Act local think global mentality.

Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g.- TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram)

Knowledge of Adobe programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva

Knowledge of WIX or WordPress

Experience troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website.
