ROLE OBJECTIVE:

 

A multi-million dollar Hospital and Diagnostic Center providing excellent and holistic healthcare for individuals and companies is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support management decision making with relevant information. The Human Resources Business Partner will be task to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance and culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a world class workforce. The Human Resources Business Partner is going to be responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties and assists managers and employees with Human Resource issues

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Recruitment, selection & Appointment

 

  • Undertake recruitment assignments by managing job postings, candidate screening and testing, interviewing, candidate communication and maintaining candidate database on recruitment.

  • Correct appointment processes and procedures implemented

  • Advice management on recruitment, selection, and appointment processes and procedures induction process adhered to by providing structure of hiring managers for new employee induction.

 

Industrial Relation

 

  • Proactively advise and educate managers and employees on how to address industrial relations matters such as employee performance, grievances, employee conduct and inappropriate interpersonal actions to pre-empt and prevent escalation and formal actions

  • Manage, mediate, and resolve conflicts, grievances, confrontations or disagreements in constructive manner to minimize negative impact.

 

Performance Development

 

  • Drive a consistent and high-quality performance review processes by administering and tracking of Objective Setting, Performance Appraisals, Calibration and People Strategies Sessions.

  • In consultation with management assist and follow up on performance coaching and counselling sessions

  • Championing a performance culture by ensuring that there is an on-going process of performance related communication between management and staff that occurs throughout the year, in support of accomplishing strategic business objectives.

 

Talent Development

 

  • Provide support and administration with respect to Talent Management activities across the region, including the rollout of training programs, development programs and related reporting

  • Track high performer retention

  • Identify training needs in cooperation with line managers

  • Functional training and LMS coordination.

  • Source and evaluate suitable initiatives/ options/providers for training needs.

 

Remuneration & Benefits

 

  • Effective apply knowledge of organizational pay structures, pay scales and salary ranges

  • Guide mangers with regards to remuneration and benefits

  • Manage the presentation and final validation of HR Payroll Information for the business unit.

  • Monthly payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

  • Mange the coordination and administration of the annual salary review process

  • Administration of all employee benefits, including statutory benefits.

 

Personnel Administration

 

  • Ensure adherence to all personnel administration policies, processes, systems and procedures

  • Ensure that all standard and non-standard personnel administration queries and work request are resolved efficiently and effectively with the required turnaround times.

  • Maintain Sap human resources database by recording new hires, transfers, promotions, termination and other withholding in employee data; ensuring that all organization charts are updated in SAP with high accuracy.

  • Orient new employees by [providing orientation packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining of benefit programs.

  • Coordinate the Employee Engagement Survey process including organization mapping, report consolidation, organizational improvement plan tracking and flash survey administration.

  • Ensure that leave records are updated in the system, conducted quarterly leave audits

  • Administration related to the relocation of employees to and , including work permits

  • Keep up to date with Organization’s evolving policies and procedures.

 

Change Agent

 

  • Guide and motivate others to take action in supporting organizational change.

  • Anticipate and manage change reactions.

 

Internal Branding

 

  • Live and model the organizational vision and values by taking actions, making decisions and shaping or redirecting team priorities and behaviors to reflect the vision and values

 

Project Management

 

  • Planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the process and production of work

  • projects to deliver projects in accordance with time, cost and quality parameters

  • Involved in the delivery of Human Resources and related ad hoc projects

 

Competencies/Qualifications/skills /Experience

 

  • Professionally educated ( First Degree in Human Resource)

  • At least 5 years human resource experience

  • SAP HR experience

  • Knowledge of local legislation

  • God knowledge of Remuneration. Recruitment and Selection, IR ad Personnel Administration

  • Knowledge in HR theories, principles and practices

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships across all levels in the organization.

  • Possess empathy, personal tact, cultural understanding and a high level of integrity

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Sense of urgency

  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities

  • Ability to deliver high quality results, accurate e and attentive to details

  • Diplomacy and ability to maintain confidentially in sensitive matters.
