  • Keeping “U” Simply Intact (KUSI) Consulting is a U.S. and Ghana based contracting firm with a focus on Marketing, Public Relations (PR), and Human Resources (specifically HR Management, Recruitment and Training) founded in 2012. We are a consulting and service providing company assisting businesses to gain competitive advantage in their respective industry. In addition, we equip career-minded individuals with the right tools to acquire a position in their field of interest and offer comprehensive training programs and workshops.

  • 360Gh Online is a social enterprise subsidiary under KUSI Consulting. It is a digital story-telling and content hub: exploring and sharing content from all over Ghana, as well as, a service provider company.

  • The CEO/MD is currently seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Officer (DMCO) with a journalism background to spearhead communications for the company and its social enterprise subsidiary. The ideal candidate will serve as the voice of the company and will be tasked with the day-to-day administrative and digital support as it relates to marketing and PR, new media and social enterprise. The responsibilities of the DMCO include communicating with the general public, creating effective social media strategies and campaigns, planning and scheduling accordingly for implementation. He or she is expected to produce and edit content for 360Gh, liaise, create, edit and produce content for 360Gh and its affiliated social media platforms. He or she will work hand in hand with the Managing Director and Content Editor/ Content Creator.

  • The candidate must understand the concept of new media and have a genuine passion for social change, communication, social media, be self-motivated, innovative, friendly, organized, dependable, available, easily accessible, outgoing, and willing to learn and grow, as well as, teach.


  • Become knowledgeable about both KUSI Consulting and its subsidiary 360Gh Online.

  • Become knowledgeable about how we publish content on the front end and back end of and 360Gh.Online.

  • Serve as the voice of the company handling PR and Communications.

  • Stay current on industry trends and news as it relates to Ghana and Africa, marketing and communications.

  • Develop effective online marketing strategies for various social media platforms.

  • Develop effective online marketing strategies for our clients.

  • Attend meetings and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Ensure deadlines are met.

  • Perform research and study information and material.

  • Assist in creating a more polished social media and online presence for the company and its clients.

  • Provide feedback as needed and help with inquiries.

  • Assist in the development, marketing and execution of special projects.

  • Manage multiple social media accounts and create strategies to reaching the target demographic while creating brand awareness and building both online and offline presence.

  • Establish and create new platforms relevant to the mission.

  • Occasionally attend events relating to the nature of the position.

  • Brainstorm ways to work more efficiently and effectively with our content creators and provide them opportunities to help them advance in their areas of interest.

  • Track our monthly statistics as it relates to the website and social media platforms.

  • Keep MD informed on new trends, campaigns, and initiatives.

  • Provide monthly statistical reports to MD.

Bachelors in Marketing and/or Communications Studies. Journalism background is a plus.



The standard M-F 9am to 5pm. You will be required to work out of the office with the team at least 3 times a week.
